Patiala Rocks in Auckland

"Went in early, about 5:30pm. There were 4 of us adults and we ordered kadahi chicken, murg makhni (indian style butter chicken); palak paneer and kadahi paneer. I ate and really enjoyed my Murg Makhni and tasted the other dishes which were all tasty and full of flavour. These all came with rice. I also ordered garlic Naan which was good for soaking up the sauce. The prices were amazingly reasonable with decent sizing (worth the price). I will definitely be eating here more in the future - to me this is a win-win."

"Have lived in Auckland for 35-yrs but first time been to this restaurant @130 Hill Road, Manurewa, Auckland (for Dinner, 10-1-2026). (On average we have meals out like once in 2-months.) There was an outstanding reception by staff upon arrival. I had to wait for my other families & was given a table, drinks and papadum as a graceful gesture. The food choices/variety is very good; includes chicken, lamb, seafood, Indo-Chinese & vegetarian. We took different plates and food taste in all the dishes were excellent. Will go there again & no hesitation in recommending to others."

"We had our work lunch here with over 30 people. There was enough room to fit a few more. Food was well priced per head for all you can eat buffet. The staff were attentive and helpful, kindly responding to our requests. The manager was in India at the time of our event but took calls regardless of the time difference. The food was good and catered to members of our party that had low spice tolerance."
